DIPAC is Australia’s Leading Provider of Online Therapy, Counselling and Mediation Services. Their main challenge was that :
(a). They are not getting maximum brand recognition among their target audience and (b) They were not getting calls or appointment being booked by their clients.
The Solution
Our policy at 10xGrowth is deep dive every problem and analyse to its best, before jumping on to any possible conclusions.
1We analysed their GA and checked the kind of audience visiting their website. Since, we analysed and found that their target audience was mostly on Facebook. We then set up their FB Business manager, right from the scratch, tried setting up their pixels. Then, we planned out some curated messaging tailored to the specific audience interest we were targeting for our Lead-Generation Campaign.
We didn’t stop there, every alternate day we checked the KPI’s and split tested different communications and creatives that could give us low cost leads at higher conversion rate.
